The truth is out there

Now that was an interesting Sunday morning! What started off as a simple trip to Sea Point for Venezia ice creams and a quiet walk along the beachfront turned into a life lesson supreme!

When we arrived we saw a number of large groups of people of all shapes, sizes, ages, colour, etc., with a common goal - to catch as many Pokémons as possible! The aliens have landed and have finally found a way to completely disable mankind! This was our first look at one group of the new slaves:

A closer look at the group with a supervisor coming down to check status:

Closely watched:

This is basically just a "tongue-in-cheek" post, but in reality it's quite frightening to see so many people infected with the Pokéman Go virus. According to a website I looked at (I had no real idea of this addiction before today) - All about Pokémon Go - "It’s so popular that it’s now competing with Twitter in terms of daily active users on Android"!!!

So many people spending so many hours achieving nothing. Scary.
